Job Description:

We are hiring AR Callers to manage the accounts receivable process for our clients in the US healthcare sector. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for following up on unpaid or denied claims with insurance companies to ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on unpaid/denied insurance claims with insurance companies.
• Ensure timely payment of claims and resolve issues regarding billing errors.
• Communicate with insurance companies to gather information on claims status.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates.
• Work with the team to resolve any discrepancies in claims and payments.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0.6 years to 5 years of experience in AR Calling (End to End Process)

• Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes.
• Ability to handle multiple claims efficiently.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Education: Any graduate( Mandatory)
