Position:

AR Caller

• Contacting clients via phone, email, or mail to follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Negotiating payment plans and arrangements with clients to facilitate debt resolution.
• Resolving billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining accurate records of all communication and transactions related to accounts
  receivable.
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as billing and accounting, to resolve issues and improve
• collection processes.

• Required Candidate profile

• Experience in AR (Account Receivables)follow up - 6 Months to 8 Years
• Good Communication Skills
• willing to work in night shift, no rotation shift or semi shift (6.30 pm to 3.30AM)
• Good Attitude
• No Gap in experience
• should have knowledge in claims Denials, claims Rejection, Patient Eligibility verification and prior Authorization
• Should have location in chennai
• Salary:Based on Performance & Experienced

Exp : Min 1 year Required

Joining: Immediate Joiner / Maximum 10 days

NB: Freshers do not apply
Work from office only

Monday to Friday

(6 am to 7 Pm ) Everyday
