Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims with insurance companies.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate payment processing.
• Maintain up-to-date records of communications and account statuses.
• Verify insurance details and submit claims per payer guidelines.
• Address patient and provider inquiries in a professional manner
