We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager - IT Network to join our dynamic team in Vadodara, Gujarat. As an Assistant Manager in IT Network, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's network infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with senior management and IT teams to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve network performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure for optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and resolve network issues.
• Support and mentor the network support team.
• Assist in maintaining accurate network documentation.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate on technical solutions.
• Ensure network security and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in planning and executing network projects.
• Generate performance reports and provide insights for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of network support and administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+); Azure Cloud certification preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
