JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Overseas Education expert, who has a hunger for earning money and is looking for a platform and direction from an experienced expert. The role involves generating leads, attending inquiries, recruiting and training teams, establishing and managing relationships with educational institutions abroad and partners, advising students on international study opportunities, and ensuring a smooth process for students seeking education opportunities overseas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead Generation:

- Through various means,

- Digital marketing

- College Events

- Webinars etc.

2. Marketing and Promotion:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote study abroad programs.

- Organize and participate in events, workshops, and seminars to raise awareness about international education opportunities.

- Digital marketing & Social Media strategies

3. COUNSELLING:

UNDERSTAND STUDENT PROFILE AND DO COUNSELING:

- Understand what student is looking

- Suggest country to Study

- Suggest University to Study

- Suggest Course to study

Financial Counseling:

- Provide information on tuition fees, living expenses, and available scholarships.

- Assist students in financial planning for their education abroad.

- Bank Loan Assistance.

Career Counselling:

- Why study Abroad

- Return on Investment by Study Abroad

4. Institutional Collaboration:

- Identify, establish, and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions abroad.

- Negotiate agreements and collaborations to facilitate student exchanges, joint programs, and other educational initiatives.

5. Student Advisory:

- Provide comprehensive information and guidance to students interested in studying abroad.

- Assist students in selecting suitable courses, programs, and institutions based on their academic and career goals.

6. Abroad University Application Assistance:

- Guide students through the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

- Liaison with educational institutions to facilitate smooth admissions for students.

7. Visa and Documentation:

- Assist students in understanding visa requirements and guide them through the application process.

- Ensure compliance with immigration and travel regulations.

8. Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with educational consultants, agents, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Act as a liaison between the institution and overseas partners.

9. Provide end to end service to students.

10. Team Building: Build and train your team to perform nicely.

Other Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing Overseas educational career advice to students
• Educational support and counseling the students with up-to date knowledge on Canada, UK, USA, AUS, NZ, EUROPE Education information
• Assess on students age, education, work experience, language eligibility Explaining Universities, courses and follow up with Prospective students.
• Maintain records of clients in Database.
• Validate all the educational documents of the students, required for the visa application and provide honest advice towards their application.
• Communicate with students on E-mail and phone calls regarding the progress on their application assisting and helping students in the easy or hassle-free application or paperwork processing.
• Generate leads in the colleges, events and in other platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, International Relations, Business, etc.).

- Proven experience in the field of overseas education or student counselling and recruitment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of immigration laws, study visa procedures, and international education systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with different study destinations and their respective education systems.

- Ability to convert Enquiry to Walk-in/Tele Counseling / Video Counseling/Face 2 face counselling and give excellent Convincing Presentation to convert Lead to Client.

- Should be hardworking and honest.

- Should have burning desire to grow with the organization

- Should have 3 years of work experience as a study abroad counselor.

- Should be well versed with the use of Internet.
