Full Stack Lead - Frontend & Backend Technologies (15-20 yrs)

Job Description :

- 10+ years of experience in web applications and Cloud software; candidates who are hands on technical would be preferred

- Experience developing a serverless React18+ SPA in a module federation environment

- Expertise in Javascript/Typescript, Webpack, Jest, GraphQL, AWS Lambda, Docker and Node.js

- Basic knowledge of SQL and noSQL database systems

- Proficiency with Javascript package management tools such as NPM or Yarn

- Sound Knowledge of API development and ability to define and lead APIs, code structure, standards, etc.

- Experience using git, preferably github or equivalent

- Experience in Vue.js and knowledge of OpenID authentication flows would be preferred

- Developed in an agile environment using tools such as Jira.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications.

- Oversee both frontend (React, Angular, etc.) and backend (Node.js, Java, etc.) development efforts.

- Mentor and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements.

- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues

Job Responsibilities :

- This is a Senior position , Principal Lead Engineer (equivalent to Director), experience: 15+ years

In your new role you will :

- Lead software development (including front-end, back-end and DevOps) for the Online Software applications team

- Architect and build reliable, scalable Cloud solutions in a micro-services/micro-frontend environment

- Define code structure, standards etc. for the team and champion best practices

- Write high-quality, secure and maintainable code in an agile environment

- Proven experience in full Stack development (frontend and backend technologies).

- Expertise in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend (Node.js, Java, Python, etc.).

- Strong understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.

- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
