Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition/Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
• Onboarding: Support new hire onboarding processes, including preparing welcome kits, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth transitions for new employees.
• HR Support: Assist in maintaining employee records, managing HR databases/HRMS and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Employee Engagement: Participate in initiatives that enhance employee experience, such as organizing internal events or conducting feedback surveys.
• Training & Development: Help coordinate training programs and learning sessions to support employee growth and development.
• Other: Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including document preparation, filing, and responding to employee inquiries.
