We help in hiring process automation with our auto proctored real-world assessments and simulations, phone screening tools and live coding enabled video interview tools.

Glider is a Series A funded company headquartered in California with a development and operations center in Bangalore, India. We are rapidly expanding our team both in the US and in India and are looking for ambitious professionals who are looking for challenging roles to learn and grow alongside us.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the recruitment team consisting of a mix of experienced and junior recruiters.
• Designing the appropriate hiring strategy.
• Front-end customer discussions and coordinating with the team to fulfill customer needs.
• Balance hiring needs and team capacity. Efficiently manage workload to ensure correct and timely hiring.
• Oversee the work of the hiring team and manage their performance. Provide feedback on their performance and act as a mentor to the team.
• Recruit, train, and develop new members of the team as required.
• Oversee all the communication between customers, Gliders stakeholders and hiring team.
• Provide the candidates with the best possible experience by taking end-to-end responsibility for the hiring process and subsequent onboarding.

Work Timings: US Shift (8 PM to 5 AM)
