Assistant Manager / Manager Human Resources Deputy General Manager Human Resources
Overall Job Responsibilities:
1) Design a Job evaluation framework
  • Understand the organization s vision, long range plans, business value chains, growth drivers and linkages with the organization s talent strategy
  • Designing a job evaluation framework, aligned with the organization goals
  • Validate and further refine the framework through pilot studies
  • Implement the job evaluation framework across the organization, after completion of the pilot studies
2) Job Analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and analyse comparable jobs (internal or external), prior to evaluation, to understand the job dimensions and contribution towards the business strategy
  • Create and update job descriptions based on the analysis
  • Monitor and report on the quality and consistency of role descriptions to ensure compliance to standards and policy
3) Job Evaluation
  • Evaluate new and existing jobs consistently using the internal Job evaluation method
  • Determine the job worth and appropriate grade levels
  • Complete necessary documentation and maintain an auditable file
  • Inform relevant COEs / HRBPs to update employee records post-evaluation (as required)
  • Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in job evaluation and allied areas
4) Data Management
  • Build and maintain a database of completed evaluations and job descriptions to ensure there is a single reference source of approved job descriptions
  • Provide reports and data to stakeholders to support decisions related to compensation, hiring, promotions, capability development, etc.
5) Compliance and Documentation
  • Create a handbook and other documents to outline details of the Job evaluation procedures and methodology
  • Assist relevant COEs in creating policies and governance mechanisms for related HR processes, as necessary
6) Communication, training and other assistance
  • Create and implement strategies to share Job evaluation information with a wide range of internal stakeholders, using the appropriate format and structure
  • Enhance the organization understanding of the internal Job Evaluation framework and process by creating and providing training, handbooks and policies for HRBPs and Managers
7) HR Business Partnering
  • The person will be responsible for Employee Life cycle Corporate functions which would include Manpower Budgeting, PMS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee engagement, Employee Relation compliance
  • MBA or Post Graduation in Human Resources
  • Bachelors / Masters in Industrial / Organizational Psychology to 4 years experience in a Human Resources role
  • Preferred - Working knowledge of Job Evaluation, Compensation design, Salary surveys, Organizational design, HR Business Partnering
