The Compensation and Benefits CoE is required to leverage compensation and benefits as a strategic driver of performance, retention and engagement globally. It focuses on the governance of total manpower cost of the organization including compensation, benefits, variable pay programs and other mechanisms.

The role is expected to drive effectiveness in ensuring a standardized approach to compensation across India including pay structures. This role will also be responsible for researching, establishing, designing & maintaining a company's pay system as per philosophy. Exposure to salary bench-marking survey. The role holder will be responsible for annual manpower budgeting process, predictive manpower analytics.
