Job Description

Lead Global Marketing Analytics:

Key Responsibilities:

Managesprojects for products in different stages of lifecycle thus requiring frequentinteraction and collaboration with Medical affairs, Regulatory, Finance, Clinical, Alliance management as well as Glenmarks affiliates and partners.

Analysesexternal and internal customer data using database queries, spreadsheet models, web analytics tools, statistical analysis tools, and campaign managementsoftware tools

Researchand analyse the latest marketing trends, customer behaviour, and competitorsproducts and strategies to identify the best marketing practices

Developmentof forecast, business cases, Pricing strategy, launch sequence in evaluatingcommercial opportunities as well as building launch strategies

Producemeaningful KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performancereports with actionable insights. Create and manage Gantt charts for variousprojects and utilize analytical tools and compile relevant data intoeasy-to-understand reports

Workclosely with markets/affiliates for launch readiness, in close collaborationwith different cross functional teams, aligned with the brand and portfoliolaunch strategies in accordance with Long Range Planning.

Manageand implement various marketing materials, including website copy, promotionalemails and newsletters, paid ads, landing pages, and case studies acrossmultiple marketing

Providesactionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategicquestions. Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysing the performanceof marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automationof regular reports

KeySkills :

Comfortable multitasking, excellent organizational skills and good at prioritizing under minimumsupervision; experience with managing cross functional teams

A firmgrasp of mathematical and statistical concepts. Knowledge of data structures, analytics techniques, and management applications is preferred.

Strong strategicand analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analysing complexdatasets, collecting data, effectively synthesizing the analytics/data to forma complete, cohesive picture.

Excellent written, communication, and analytical skills; tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and aneffective communicator

A goodunderstanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the phases of drugdevelopment; previous experience required

Deep understandingof datasets and platforms like IQVIA, Drug Pricing Intelligence (POLI), IRP(International Reference Pricing and Sequencing) etc.

Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Digital
