Job Overview:
Full-Time role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India with Gleecus TechLabs Inc. a leading Digital Transformation Services Company. Salary range commensurate with experience. 11-50 employees in the company.
Qualifications And Skills:
- 7-10 years of experience in IT Inside Sales with a focus on the US market
- Proven track record in lead generation and converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) into Sales Qualified Leads
- Experience using ZoomInfo Sales OS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot for lead generation
- Proficient in Cold Calling, Email Marketing, and other sales techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to pitch IT services effectively
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the US IT services market
- Identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and build strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets, contribute to revenue growth, and drive business expansion in the IT services sector
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Identify and qualify potential clients, including corporations, SMEs, and government organizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience
