Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead the development of the company's brand identity, positioning, and messaging to ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice.

- Translate broad business strategies into structured product marketing plans.

- Collaborate with product and sales teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyze and report on marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Manage the marketing budget to allocate resources effectively and achieve marketing goals.
- Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (optional).
- Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or senior marketing executive in a similar role.
- 10-15 years of marketing experience in B2B markets, focusing on technology-based products.
- Experience in start-ups or high-growth companies (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of technology marketing, including SaaS, IT, or tech products.
- Proven ability to create and implement efficient marketing strategies and business plans.
- Creative and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent multitasking and project prioritization abilities.
- Passion for learning, development, and technology.
