We are looking for a skilled Legal Manager with experience in corporate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide legal advice and support to directors and other stakeholders on a variety of corporate legal issues, particularly related to IT law, corporate governance, and employee matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including but not limited to employee agreements, software licensing agreements, and vendor contracts and other legal related task.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and employee regulations, advising on HR policies, disputes, and employment-related legal matters.
Assist in the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures to safeguard the organization s interests.
Manage and resolve legal disputes, including employment-related claims, intellectual property issues, and software licensing matters.
Provide training and legal guidance to internal departments on corporate legal matters, including HR and IT-related issues.
Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
REQUIRED SKILLS
LLB degree from a recognized university.
Active bar council registration and license to practice law in India.
Strong understanding of IT-related corporate law, intellectual property law, and employee laws.
Proven experience in drafting various contracts, particularly employee agreements, software licensing agreements, and vendor contracts.
Knowledge of labor and employment law, including employee rights, workplace compliance, and HR-related legal matters.
MBA in Human Resources or similar qualification is a plus.
Knowledge of handling and filing patent and Trademark and is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus).
