What you will be doing?

As a Director in the Business Finance team, you will be responsible to drive annual planning, deal structuring and vendor contract negotiation, track day-to-day financial operations, provide valuable insights/facts and make contributions through various projects, and work with teams across functions/experience units.

What will you be doing ?

• Provide strategic financial leadership by collaborating with senior management to shape business strategy, set financial goals, and develop action plans.
• Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Oversee long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and market dynamics.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders, providing actionable insights to improve decision-making, drive profitability, and support business growth initiatives.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to evaluate business performance.
• Identify and implement cost control measures and process improvements across the organization, ensuring optimal resource allocation and operational efficiency.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business segments, product lines, and markets to evaluate profitability and recommend areas for margin improvement.
• Manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations, company policies, and best practices.
• Effectively communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to both internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and investors.
• Support the business team in commercial contract negotiations
• Provide deal structuring guidelines including custom deal structures and ensure that all deals align with Glance strategies

What do we expect?

• Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting (CA/MBA Finance preferred)
• 13+ years of experience in Business Finance, process design and improvement, and working with cross functional teams.
• Experience in Advertising or Gaming industry preferred
• Strong financial modelling skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work and effectively communicate with leadership team
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, process design and decision-making skills
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, & CRM applications
