Position: Counsellor-Cum-Psychologist

Counsellor-Cum-Psychologist to join our team at GLA University. As part of our commitment to supporting the mental health and well-being of our students, it is crucial that we have a qualified professional in place to provide comprehensive counseling services and psychological support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing a range of psychological issues.

Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify students' mental health needs.

Develop and implement intervention strategies and support plans.

Offer workshops and seminars on mental health and wellness topics.

Collaborate with faculty and staff to support students' academic and personal development.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field. Ph. D is desirable.

Relevant professional experience (3-5years) in counseling or mental health services.

Appropriate licensure or certification as required by local regulations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
