The Role:
We are seeking a System Integration and Test Engineer who will support GKN ePowertrain AWD/eDrive
Product development.
Key responsibilities include:
Having System test experience in the range of 4 to 6 years
Review and align system requirements and design test specifications
Create, review and align system test specifications in co-ordination with system test
manager
Test automation using python, CAPL or vTestStudio
Execution of Manual and automated tests on dSPACE / VT Systems or any other HIL system
Analyze test results, evaluate fulfillment of requirements on target system level and create
corresponding test reports
Analyse Defects and Changes.
Support Test Manager on detailed planning and team coordination.
Setup and maintain the System testing environment.
Who you ll be:
To be successful in this position, you will have proven experience on System Qualifiaciton test within the
Automotive industry or a related environment. Experience working with HIL and awareness of system
communication protocols like CAN/ CAN FD /LIN / Ethernetand diagnostics along with programs such as
Pearl/Python/CAPL would be an advantage

Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required
Essential Skills
Experience with Vector tools such as CANOe, CANAnalyser CANApe
Hands on experience on configuration management tools like JIRA, SVN Windchill
Competent in usage of tools like DOORS, POLARIAN PTC Integrity
Experience on problem management tools like JIRA PTC Integrity
Knowledge of use test equipment, include Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Wave Generator, etc.,
Review and understanding System requirement and Architecture, found the requirement issue
Product know how: Good knowledge of Powertrain, Diagnostics UDS modules
Tool Skills
VT System or Dspace or ETAS HIL system
VTest Studio
Desirable
ISTQB foundation level certification or similar
Good knowledge of automotive development processes including V-Modell, ASPICE and agile
methods

Language Skills
Must be fluent in English
