Technical Lead - Full Stack

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Head to lead and grow our technical team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands-on expertise in full-stack development, cloud solutions, DevOps practices, and AI-based project implementation. This role requires someone with a proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring teams, delivering complex technical projects, and driving innovation.

Role & responsibilities

• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers and technical professionals.

Technical Expertise:

• Drive the development of scalable and efficient full-stack solutions using Node.js, Python, React, and other relevant technologies.
• Architect and implement robust cloud-based solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Establish and optimize DevOps pipelines for seamless integration, deployment, and monitoring.

AI Implementation:

• Guide the team in implementing AI-driven projects, ensuring practical and innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Stay updated on the latest AI and ML technologies to ensure cutting-edge implementations.
• Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical goals with business objectives.
• Develop roadmaps for project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Innovation and Problem-Solving:
• Foster a culture of innovation within the technical team.
• Provide solutions to complex technical challenges and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Full stack development -Node.js, Python, React, and other modern technologies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
• Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining AI-driven solutions.

Experience:

• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in leading full-stack development teams and delivering end-to-end projects.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Experience in media or AD tech domains will be an added advantage
