Professor/Reader - Conservative Dentistry

Role & responsibilities

(1) Organize and implement the University/DCI curriculum.

(2) Identify, choose and implement different teaching methods for students with various educational backgrounds.

(3) Securing continuous improvement in teaching, learning and assessment.

(4) Adopting the latest assessment methods wherever and whenever feasible.

(5) Find ways to help students correlate theoretical information, practical skills and techniques.

(6) Provide a positive, transparent and honest environment for students.

(7) Establish and maintain good relationships with the college staff, students and parents.

(8) Facilitate faculty and students to take up extramural research projects

(9) Organize professional development programs and manage performance management.

(10) Analyse students feedback and take necessary actions based on abilities

Qualification and Experience: As per the norms prescribed by the Dental Council of India, New Delhi. Applications from candidates with a Rich Experience in Teaching, Clinical, Research, Innovations, Copyrights & Patents will be encouraged
