Client Lead - Sales (Manager role)
About the Company:
- Position description: Manager Level role.
- 80% Hunter role and 20% growing existing accounts.
- Location - Bangalore / Gurugram.
- 100% WFO and 5 days a week working.
- Grow revenue from accounts that have high growth potential.
- Be responsible for selling multiple products and services to new, existing clients, such as Digital Advertising Solutions, Digital Lead Gen Services, Branded Content and Creative Services, and Tech Solutions.
- Good with getting new accounts and growing business using unconventional ways like cold emails/LinkedIn etc for lead / reaching out to closure.
- Identify, ideate and develop new product revenue opportunities within the existing clients.
- Strive for converting mid-sized accounts to large key OEM accounts within a defined time frame, and continuously activate new accounts to widen customer base.
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with the assigned customers.
- Actively manage the client and agency ecosystem, and other key stakeholders in the market to widen customer base and cross-sell multiple products and services to assigned customers.
- Forecast and track key account metrics and sales targets.
- Handle escalations and resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Work internally with the business, product, service delivery and marketing teams to sell and service customers effectively.
Qualifications: MBA is preferred.
Must have for the role:
- Overall exp in Advertising Media Sales / Enterprise sales min 4 years.
- Experience in Sales in Hunting 70% + 30% Farming accounts / new accounts in current Sales.
- Overall monthly / annual sale revenue target in last 1-2 years.
- 2 years + of working Experience & Understanding on digital media products like Display, Leads, Content.
- Experience with Tools or platforms commonly used for managing and tracking digital media sales activities.
- Experience in working with Agencies and clients & building strong Agency relations.
