Program Manager - IT (1-6 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Launching & scaling 1-to-1 and 1-to-many engagement levers to deliver Revenue metrics - activation, retention & wallet share growth for Skydo

- Experiment and execute campaigns across these levers - email campaigns, product & outbound initiatives.

- Analyse & track these initiatives by setting up data pipelines and building end-to-end dashboards.

- Perform deep user research on different cohorts to understand behaviours.

- Learn industry best practices in executing these levers - both through secondary sources and from primary interviews with relevant companies.

Persona:

- B. Tech or B.A. Economics with 1-2 years of work experience in business roles.

- Proficient in data analysis, particularly with Excel; experience with SQL is a plus.

Location: Bangalore (in-office) Mon-Fri, with occasional travel
