Role & responsibilities

We are Ginteja Insurance Brokers Private Limited (Promoted by Two Big companies - Shyam Steel and Sastasundar). We are looking for Experienced and energetic CS & LLB with strong knowledge of Legal Compliance & Company Secretary related work at Kolkata, Saltlake Location.

• Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program.
• Draft various agreements.
• Taking care of all legal matters and Compliance related matters.
• IRDAI Compliance.
• SEBI Compliance.
• Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
• Draft and revise company policies
• Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
• Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
• Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
• Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals
• Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk
• Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
• Ensure the companys policies comply with regulatory and ethical standards

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must be a CS and LLB

Having Experience working and handling different legal matters
