Key Responsibilities

• AI Integration: Develop and implement AI-driven testing strategies, leveraging the latest tools and technologies to enhance our QA processes
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
• Process Transformation: Lead the transition from manual testing to AI-powered automated testing, optimizing efficiency and accuracy
• Cross-Platform Expertise: Implement AI-based testing solutions across web, iOS, and Android platforms
• Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI-driven QA, conducting research and proposing innovative solutions
• Quality Advocacy: Ensure that quality remains a central focus throughout the software development lifecycle
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to align QA strategies with business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in QA, with a focus on AI and automation technologies
• Strong foundation in QA methodologies and best practices
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing tools and frameworks
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in testing
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or AI-based alternatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Desired Skills

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) for test case generation
• Knowledge of AI-powered visual testing tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms
