Machine Operator

To read and understand the process drawings, blue-print drawings, GD&T and standard instructions.
To Prepared CNC machines for operation by installing tools, fixtures, collets and work pieces according to job specifications and blueprints.
To select & verify cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut, offset and zero-alignment reference point.
To operate single or multi-spindle machines for performing various operations.
To handle machining operations to perform metal or plastic work pieces.
To work with Quality Control personnel to maintain quality product.
To follow basic level maintenance, coolant and oil levels.
To Maintain safe work environment by following company safety procedures.
To operate and manage up to 3 CNC machines.
To maintain production, acceptance, rejection and quality logs.
To initiate and involve in Cost reduction and Kaizen activity.
