Roles and Responsibilities

• Process hotel bookings and reservations through various booking systems.
• Confirm bookings and ensure all details are accurately recorded in the system.
• Modify or cancel reservations as requested by clients or necessary by circumstances.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed information about hotel accommodations, amenities, and local attractions.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings, transactions, and correspondence.

Required Skill –

• Fresher with good communication skills.
• Should be an graduate.
• Should know Hindi and English
