Heading finance department and consistent performer on achieving department KPI.

Set-up of Inter Department Internal Financial Control process and quarterly audit/review on process implementation.

Preparation and filing of Income Tax Return, Tax Audit Reports / Return

Co-ordinating with Statutory auditors on finalization of Quarterly and Yearly audit

of accounts and Tax Audit Reports.

Preparation of monthly financial statements and analysis with business plan.

Responsible for overall financial activities Cash flow management, Intercompany

reconciliation.

Preparation of GST input / output statements and filing of monthly/Annual returns.

Reconciliation of Books with GST records.

Co-ordinating with banks for working capital management.

Preparation of TDS/TCS reports, remittances and filing of Quarterly Returns.

Preparation of Cost sheet and monitoring the price changes / impacts on product cost margin and review with management
