Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ABM Lead to drive strategies in the USA market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading demand generation efforts and executing outbound marketing strategies aimed at acquiring and nurturing high-value accounts. You will work closely with sales teams to create targeted, personalized campaigns that drive engagement and conversion for strategic accounts in our key market.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead ABM Strategy: Develop, execute, and optimize account-based marketing strategies with a focus on demand generation and outbound marketing efforts specifically tailored for the USA market.
Outbound Campaigns: Lead outbound marketing initiatives, including cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone), retargeting, and ABM advertising, to generate interest and opportunities with targeted high-value accounts.
Account Segmentation Targeting: Collaborate with sales and data teams to identify and prioritize key target accounts in the USA, segmenting them based on revenue potential, strategic fit, and buying intent.
Demand Generation: Develop and execute demand generation campaigns aimed at creating awareness, interest, and leads for target accounts through various channels, including content marketing, digital ads, email campaigns, webinars, and events.
Sales Alignment Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure tight alignment on account targeting, messaging, and campaign execution to increase conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
Content Personalization: Create and tailor high-impact, personalized content (e.g., case studies, white papers, webinars, and landing pages) that resonates with key decision-makers at target accounts.
Tech Stack Management: Utilize ABM tools and platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) to optimize targeting, outreach, and campaign tracking, ensuring an integrated approach across marketing and sales.
Lead Nurturing: Oversee the lead nurturing process, ensuring continuous engagement with accounts through personalized follow-ups and relevant content.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline creation, engagement rates, and ROI. Use data to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
Reporting Insights: Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and outcomes, highlighting successes, areas of improvement, and actionable insights for both marketing and sales teams.
Market Industry Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape within the USA market to ensure ABM strategies are up-to-date and impactful.
Optimize Campaign Performance: Continuously test and refine messaging, offers, and targeting strategies to improve the effectiveness and impact of campaigns.

Required Skills Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
6+ years of experience in ABM, demand generation, or outbound marketing in a B2B environment.
Proven experience in managing outbound marketing campaigns with a focus on USA market strategies.
Strong background in Demand Generation, utilizing channels like email, LinkedIn, paid media, and digital advertising to generate leads and revenue.
Deep understanding of ABM tools and platforms such as Demandbase, Terminus, Engagio, 6sense, or similar.
Excellent understanding of account segmentation, data analysis, and targeting to drive personalized campaigns.
Proven ability to align sales and marketing efforts for ABM, ensuring effective collaboration and high conversion rates.
Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling, tailored content for target accounts.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results through data and performance metrics.
Comfortable with cold outreach, sales cadences, and other outbound tactics to generate demand.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:
Experience managing large-scale ABM programs across multiple teams.
Expertise in digital advertising for ABM (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
Knowledge of CRM data integration and marketing attribution models.
Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing is a plus.
