We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SaaS Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS marketing, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and a proven track record of driving growth.
1. Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing initiatives.
2. Content Creation:
- Develop and manage high-quality content (blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, etc.).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
3. Demand Generation:
- Create and execute lead generation campaigns across channels (email, social media, paid advertising, etc.).
- Build and nurture email lists to drive conversions.
4. Brand Awareness:
- Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns to establish thought leadership.
- Manage social media presence and engage with the audience.
5. Performance Measurement:
- Set up and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success.
- Analyze data to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to produce marketing assets.
7. Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve ROI goals.
8. SEO and SEM
- Keyword Research: Identify relevant keywords and phrases your target audience is searching for.
- On-Page SEO: Optimize your website content, meta tags, and structure for search engines.
- Paid Advertising (PPC): Use Google Ads and social media ads to drive targeted traffic.
9. Social Media Marketing-
- Platform Selection: Focus on platforms where your audience spends most of their time (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Content Strategy: Share valuable content, engage with followers, and participate in relevant discussions.
- Paid Social: Run targeted ad campaigns to reach a broader audience.
Requirements:-
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS marketing or a related field is a must.
- Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, channels, and metrics.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business, or a related field.
Experience Required:-
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Certification in marketing (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing).
