Manager Sales

Role & responsibilities :

• Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and key accounts.
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop tailored sales pitches.
• Present and demonstrate our healthcare solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
• Revenue Growth:
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Networking and Industry Engagement:
• Leverage existing industry connections to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and establish new business relationships.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Provide feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on employer direct healthcare solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network of industry contacts and relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
