Quality Leader

Tasks & Responsibilities: (Major task and role person will have to perform list all the relevant points)

• Ensure to maintain Integrated Management System ( ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001) at site
• Coordinate, manage and monitor Quality activities at site
• Responsible for Incoming Quality , Inprocess Quality and Final Quality
• Supplier qualification, regular supplier audits and support on new product development at suppliers
• Hands-on experience for lab testing facility testing procedures & equipment calibration
• Proactively respond to customer & supplier quality complains
• Drive team for follow-up & closure of quality topics
• Monitor adherence to Quality KPIs
• Support, train & monitor quality and operations team on operational processes
• Drive & facilitate quality improvement initiatives ( 8D, QRQC, SPC etc)

Education & Trainings:

(Basic & Professional)

• B.E / B.Tech

Technical know how: (Mention the technology on which person must be experienced)

• Mandatory:
• Certified lead auditor for ISO 9001: 2015, ISO14001:2015 & ISO 45001
• Good to know:
• CQM / ISO Standards
• Prior experience in Smart Card industry for Payment cards
• Six Sigma & Lean

Soft Skills: (Inputs on soft skills required for role, like team management, communication, customer management etc)

• People Management Skill
• Good communication skills in English language
• Leadership Skill
