The IT Product Sales Representative is responsible for analyzing, selling, and implementing IT products, ensuring they meet customer needs and delivering successful implementations. This role involves understanding customer requirements, providing product solutions, and working with the implementation team to ensure a smooth product launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Analysis:
• Analyze customer requirements and identify the best IT product solutions to meet their business needs.
• Stay updated on product features, technical specifications, and industry trends to make informed recommendations.
• Sales & Marketing:
• Sell IT products and services by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Prepare product proposals, quotes, and conduct product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Product Implementation:
• Coordinate with the technical team for the successful implementation of IT products at customer sites.
• Provide support during the product installation and ensure it aligns with customer expectations.
• Customer Support:
• Offer post-sales support, including product training and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any product-related queries or issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 5+ years in IT sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of IT products and solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products.
