Position - Head- Digital Information &IT
Reports to the MD & CEO
Job Location - Mumbai
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation in Engineering - IT / Electronics & Communication
- Minimum 20 years of experience in relevant areas out of which at least 5 years in Leadership position in Digital transformation and IT management
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing both digital transformation efforts and maintaining operational excellence in technology and IT services.
- Align digital transformation initiatives with business goals, focusing on revenue growth and customer experience while maintaining the technical infrastructure.
- Develop and execute a cohesive technology strategy.
- Manage core IT operations, including hardware, software, enterprise applications, and networks.
- Ensure most optimal cybersecurity infrastructure is in place to protect data and systems.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies like AI, automation, big data analytics, and cloud computing.
- Lead digital transformation projects, focusing on enhancing customer engagement, improving internal processes, and creating new digital business models.
- Identify and implement new technologies and digital platforms that drive innovation and create new revenue streams.
- Collaborate closely with the Leadership team (CEO, CFO, Business & Function Heads) to ensure technology and digital initiatives are aligned with business goals.
- Ensure IT operations comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Oversee the technology budget, ensuring investments are made in areas that support both digital innovation and infrastructure.
- Lead a team of IT and digital professionals, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic direction to the team and ensure they have the skills needed to meet both digital and operational goals
