Head - Process Safety Management - Chemical & Agrochemical (15-25 yrs)

Must-Have:

BE/B. Tech - Chemical (4 years regular) is necessary for this position.

Total minimum of 15 years of Experience and Minimum of 10 years in Process Safety Management

Job Details:

- End-to-end PSM for the designated locations and enhance the contribution of the overall HSE team towards the organization.

- Perform & Implement Process Safety Management (PSM) related activities at site.

- Facilitate PHA (HAZOP, What-if, HAZAN, HAZID, FMEA etc.) workshops at plant site.

- Follow-up for closure of safety study recommendations.

- Perform relief valve calculations / PSV sizing / Rupture Disk sizing.

- Monitor process safety performance.

- Prepare Process Safety Information package.

- Monitor Management of Change (MOC).

- Prepare Hazardous Area Classification Drawing.

- Perform Radiation / Dispersion Analysis.

- Participate in Risk Assessment, PSSR, Plant Process Safety Audits.

- Train plant personnel on Process Safety procedures.

- Participate in Incident Investigation.

- Process Design, Process Safety Management, Plant Operation, Statutory / Legal norms.

- Ability to conduct on-site HAZOP independently.

- Flexibility for travel.
