Manual Testing - Direct Contract To Hire - Aundh, Pune

Client: US Based Banking services company.

Job Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies and processes
• Extensive Experience in using different Test Case Design techniques (Equivalence Class Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, Decision Tables, State Transition, etc.), Test Case Writing and Test Case Execution
• Awareness of test management tools usage and defect tracking systems
• Ability to take ownership to identify and resolve issues, towards successful conclusions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to interact with clients and manage client expectations.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.

Qualifications & Prerequisites:

• B.E. / B.Tech./ BCA / MCA / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science or IT
• Require minimum of 3-5 years experience in Software Testing (Manual Testing preferrable)
• Require minimum of 1-2 years experience in Banking domain (Commercial Banking)
• Critical thinker and problem-solver
• Good time-management skills
• Proactiveness and ability to work independently and within a team.
