CNC 5 Axis Wire Cut & EDM Machine & Knowledge of GD&T Principles. Programming, Setup, Operating, Inspection for precision manufacturing.

We are seeking a Skilled and experience wire cut and EDM machine

Programmer cum operator to operate highly advanced CNC electrical discharge machines to produce high-precision parts.

Machine Setup, Programs & Operation:

We Set up, Programs and operate Electronica CNC EDM machines

(Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, or both) based on engineering drawings and specifications.

l Select appropriate tools, electrodes, and materials for the job. Load and unload job from the machine.

Programming:

We Read and interpret blueprints, CAD/CAM files, and work instructions. Create programs for wire cut. l Input or adjust CNC programs as needed to optimize performance and accuracy.

Quality Control:

We Inspect and measure finished work-piece using precision measuring tools

(e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM). Ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards. Perform first-article inspections and record results.

Maintenance:

We Perform routine maintenance on EDM machines. Troubleshoot and address equipment issues to minimize downtime.
