Data Entry Operator/MIS Executive/Data Analyst

1. Job Description (JD):

The Data Entry Operator/MIS Executive/Data Analyst is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data in the excel database. This role requires the ability to work under close deadlines while maintaining data accuracy.

2. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into Excel databases from available resources and documents.
• Coordinate with MIS executive, Milk run coordinator, escorts to ensure timely data entry.
• He should be able to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies if any with the help of milk run co-ordinator & MIS Executive.
• Generate and format different reports as per the requirements.
• Follow data confidentiality guidelines.

3. Required Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualification:

• Any graduate with
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Advanced excel & PowerPoint)
• Good data entry speed with accuracy.
• Basic analytical skills for data verification
• Basic communication, e-mail etiquette skill.

4. Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role
• Behavioural Attributes: Reliability, patience, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Additional Advantage: Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
