Job Description
- Input data from various sources into the company s database or electronic systems.
- Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness to ensure error-free entries.
- Update and maintain records, files, and documents as needed.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity and security.
- Prepare and organize data for entry by sorting, compiling, and verifying information.
- Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data to maintain high data quality.
- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain data consistency.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address any data-related issues or concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information.
- Adhere to company policies, data entry guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
- Proven computer proficiency and typing speed (preferably touch typing).
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
- Basic knowledge of microsoft office applications, such as excel and word.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
