• Understand the job requirement in depth to match the US clients' requirements.
• Identify candidates with the right skills to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
• Responsible for Sourcing, Screening candidates through major job boards.
• Negotiate the rates/salary with the candidates over the call.
• Submitting candidates resumes to the Managers /team leaders for further scrutiny or consideration.
• Ensuring that the candidates resume appropriately reflects his/her experience with the client.
• Track and follow-up on all candidates; evaluated on the ability to connect with potential candidates and set interviews.
• Effectively utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, and social channels to source candidates
• Maintaining trackers, Stakeholder Management, knows end to end recruitment
• Able to close the clients requirements on time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• Experienced with a minimum of 2Years to 4 Years.
• Good verbal and written communication skills. (English Required).
• Good Knowledge of MS Office Excel and general proficiency with computers.
