Project Manager - Agile Methodologies (4-7 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

Relationship Management :

- Build and nurture strong relationships with sponsors, program managers, and key stakeholders.

- Gain a deep understanding of stakeholder priorities to ensure alignment with project deliverables.

Deliverable Management :

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define and create a list of project deliverables, as defined by the

- Decision Review Board or Program Manager.

- Ensure adherence to time, cost, and quality standards for all deliverables.

Team Leadership :

- Motivate and guide the project team, particularly through periods of uncertainty or pressure.

- Identify and report any barriers that might hinder project success and work to maintain focus on project objectives.

Communication :

- Develop and implement impactful communication strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Maintain clear, consistent communication with the team, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure project visibility and alignment.

Resilience Support :

- Help the project team recover from setbacks, ensuring that performance remains high throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management :

- Identify, evaluate, and report potential risks at the project level.

- Make timely recommendations to mitigate risks and optimize project value.

Collaboration Facilitation :

- Support leadership in enabling effective collaboration between project teams, business IT, and stakeholders.

Address challenges related to financing, risk, resources, and integrated planning to ensure project success.

Skills & Requirements :

Project Delivery Expertise :

- Proficient in both agile and waterfall methodologies, with a solid understanding of the project management lifecycle (PM Life Cycle, SDLC, Scrum).

Project Management Tools :

- Familiarity with tools such as Project Charters, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt Charts, and documentation such as SoWs, Proposals, Scheduling, Budgeting, RFQs, and RFPs.

Technology Proficiency :

- Experience with software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions and digital platforms.

Professional Skills :

- Strong leadership, communication, resilience, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Demonstrated capacity for managing complex projects in both business and technical domains.

Entrepreneurial Mindset :

- Ability to think critically, tell compelling stories, and drive value creation throughout the project lifecycle.

Certifications :

- PMP or Prince2 certification, along with an Agile certification, is preferred.

- Project Complexity

- Experience in managing projects with multiple workstreams affecting business processes, requiring significant business and technical change.
