Senior Manager - Risk - Secured Lending (5-9 yrs)

Responsibilities will include :

Functional Expertise :

- Have hand- on experience on secured lending

- Experience in assessing Balance sheet & commercial UW

- Early assessment of segment level loss rates & take quick action on the segments.

- Detailed understanding of in-house systems & agility to change legacy systems whenever required

- Collaborating with teams like - Data Science, Product, Business to setup and monitor underwriting strategies.

- Take portfolio action through offus behavior from bureau/ alternate data triggers

- Monitor implemented strategies to continuously assess business & risk impact.

- Hands-on approach to risk segmentation & pro- actively assess risks in the portfolio

Qualification & Experience (type & industry) - 4+ years of Risk Analytics or Portfolio Management experience in Financial Services/Secured lending

Skills & know-how : Hands-on experience of defining risk strategies, managing portfolio and building risk models & policies along with problem solving and analytical thinking
