Position Title: Mutual Fund - Back Office (Support) Executive
Location: Mumbai HO
Experience: Minimum 1 month (Fresher’s can apply)
Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Description:
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about mutual funds and portfolio management to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investor Follow-ups:
• Regularly follow up with investors to generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients for portfolio reviews and assist in rebalancing their portfolios.
2. Client Relations:
• Build and maintain relationships with existing investors to gain references for potential clients.
• Act as a point of contact for client queries and provide excellent support.
3. Operational Support:
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of mutual fund transactions.
• Maintain investor records and handle day-to-day back-office operations efficiently.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Mutual Fund Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of mutual fund products and services.
• Software Skills (Preferred):
• Hands-on experience with mutual fund software will be an added advantage.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Attention to Detail:
• Ensure accuracy in handling investor portfolios and transaction processing.
