Role & responsibilities

• Execute and maintain training plans to ensure effective completion of the learning program
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and cross-functional teams to enable seamless service delivery
• Create content relevant to employee learning
• Adhere to processes, identify and highlight deviations or the need to realign processes real-time
• Maintain all the data for their training deliveries
• Develop, maintain, and promote great relationships and high levels of engagement with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain a culture of continuous learning, and improvement and strive to move the teams services up the value chain
• Maintain and enhance core skills
• Intervene to conduct Root Cause Analysis & and implement Corrective and Preventive actions for any process deviation, or delivery misses for deliveries

• Good time and priority management
• Experience creating and managing product content
• Experience with transferring knowledge in a professional environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with ambiguity and minimum oversight, and generate impact
• Has a global mindset and has worked with stakeholders from across the world
• Intermediate language skills (apart from English) in any language outside of India, are a plus)
