Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic QA Manager to lead our Quality

Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing QA

teams, implementing automation frameworks, and performing end-to-end testing,

including functional testing, load testing, stress testing, and performance testing.

This role involves defining quality processes, mentoring the QA team, and ensuring the

delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead and manage the QA team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and

performance management.

• Define clear goals and objectives for the QA team and monitor

performance metrics.

• Quality Assurance Strategy:

• Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices

across projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product,

and operations, to ensure quality standards are met.

• Testing & Automation:

• Oversee and participate in the creation and execution of automation

frameworks and scripts.

• Plan, design, and implement tests for functional, load, stress, and

performance testing.

• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for new and existing features.

• Performance Testing:

• Establish benchmarks for system performance and ensure adherence.
• Analyze performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and recommend

solutions.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Track and report key QA metrics, including defect densities and open

defect counts.

• Process Improvement:

• Continuously improve testing methodologies and tools to increase team

productivity and efficiency.

• Advocate for quality at all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related

field.

• 8+ years of experience in software testing, including 2+ years in a QA leadership

role.

• Proven experience in:

• Functional testing
• Automation testing (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG)
• Load and stress testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Performance testing

• Strong understanding of QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.

• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in QA/testing tools or frameworks (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).

• Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization

(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
