The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Salesforce Developer - Intermediate:
As an Intermediate Salesforce Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of complex Salesforce solutions tailored for Energy and Utilities companies. You will also play a key role in implementing DevOps best practices, ensuring continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), infrastructure automation, and system reliability. Your technical expertise in Salesforce Industry Solutions (ideally Energy Utilities Cloud) combined with DevOps methodologies will enable you to enhance team productivity and streamline operations.

The Specifics
- Analysis of customer requests
- Produce solution artefacts and estimations
- Peer reviews solution artefacts
- Develops, maintains, deploys, and supports solutions developed through implementation life cycles
- Produces relevant documentation to assist with knowledge transfer
- Active participation in planning, stand-ups, estimation, retrospectives, and backlog grooming as appropriate.
- Establishes strong business relationships with customers
- Takes responsibility for ensuring standards and procedures are followed
- Responsible for a team s quality delivery of tasks
- Identifies and highlights relevant risk and provides resolution recommendations
- Perform basic network and database tasks
- Communicates to customers in all communication channels
- Provides advice to customers on the best use of Gentrack products
- Able to provide advice to customer on industry best practices
- Work as part of an integrated business team to achieve the best business solutions
- Be a positive influential force for technical best practice
- Open to work on proprietary language
Principal Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Additional Tasks
This role may entail both domestic and international travel.
In addition to this you are required to carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by your Manager.

Qualification:
Bachelor s Degree in computer science, Software Engineering or comparable professional development and commercial experience.
Experience: 2-4 years
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
2+ years of DevOps experience, focusing on CI/CD, release management, and automation.
Expertise in OmniStudio, EPC, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and other relevant technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Strong understanding of Salesforce API integrations (REST/SOAP) and event-driven architectures.
Knowledge of environment management practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements, architect scalable solutions, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I are highly desirable.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce technologies and development practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
