Job Title: HR Field Recruitment Officer

As part of our expansion efforts, we are seeking a dedicated HR Field Recruitment Officer to support our recruitment initiatives on a short-term contract basis.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an HR Field Recruitment Officer to assist in the recruitment of frontline staff for various logistics and transportation roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in line with business needs. The successful candidate will be flexible, proactive, and able to join immediately for a 6-month contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Conduct end-to-end recruitment for field-based roles, including drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics support personnel.
• Sourcing: Utilize a range of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract candidates.
• Screening and Interviews: Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordination with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with department heads and operational managers to understand staffing requirements and timelines.
• Onboarding Support: Ensure seamless onboarding of new hires, including documentation, orientation, and initial training coordination.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment records and manage candidate data in the companys HR system.
• Field Visits: Visit key recruitment hubs and operational sites to support on-ground recruitment needs and drive talent acquisition.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong experience in field recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates for blue-collar roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of candidates.
• Proficient in using recruitment platforms, social media, and job boards.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with the ability to start immediately.
