Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Institution Visits: Visit a minimum of 4 educational institutions daily to promote company offerings and gather leads.
• Lead Generation: Actively identify and generate potential leads through direct interactions and market research.
• Follow-Ups: Perform aggressive and regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Market Opportunities: Assist in identifying new opportunities for business growth.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
• Event Participation: Organize and assist in seminars, demos, and workshops to showcase the company's solutions.
• Marketing Activities: Contribute to ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work as a team player, supporting colleagues and reporting to senior team members.
• Presentations: Deliver clear and engaging presentations to prospective clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
• Team Player: Strong collaborative skills to work within a team.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
• Professional Grooming: Well-groomed and maintains a professional demeanor.
• Humble Attitude: Approachable, respectful, and eager to learn.
• Driving License and Vehicle: A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory.
