Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at ElitePlus Business Services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends. Analyze market data to develop insights that inform strategic business decisions.
Lead Generation: Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing. Qualify leads and pursue opportunities that align with the company's target market.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions accordingly.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services.
Proposal Development: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to develop customized proposals and solutions for clients. Ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements and company capabilities.
Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals. Close sales and achieve revenue targets within specified timelines.
Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends. Collaborate with the management team to develop accurate sales forecasts.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development, with a track record of reporting directly to senior management.
