Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential attendees for the event. Understand the target audience and their preferences.
  • Outreach: Reach out to potential attendees through various channels such as email, phone calls, social media, and networking events.
  • Communication: Communicate the conference details, benefits of attendance, and any special offerings effectively to potential attendees.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, organizations, and potential attendees to enhance the event's credibility.
  • Sales: Use persuasive communication skills to sell event packages and secure delegate registrations.
  • Data Management: Maintain an organized database of potential attendees, track interactions, and update information regularly.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective promotional materials and strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on delegate acquisition progress, challenges faced, and strategies implemented.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to attendees, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelors degree with a minimum score of 70% in fields such as Marketing, Business, Communication, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: Previous experience in delegate acquisition, sales, or event marketing is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage potential attendees effectively.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills to persuade potential attendees to register for the event.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Networking: Good networking skills to build and maintain relationships with potential attendees and industry professionals.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and other relevant software applications.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and strategies based on market feedback and analysis.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment


Salary: As per Industry Standards + Opportunity to get Good Variable Amount based on measurable parameters.

The Variables will be based on your Performance and on the Target completion and shall be paid at the end of the conference
