Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Supervision 

In this role, you would be responsible for clearing FINRA certification and post clearance you are responsible to supervise sales practices of investment representatives on both pre-trade and post trade.

Responsibilities: •    Supervise sales practices of investment representatives •    Background of US Market functionalities •    Good understanding of financial products •    Open to rigorous studies (need to clear multiple FINRA Certifications) •    Ability to handle work pressure •    Should be open for learning & Feedback •    Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables •    Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools

Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills

•    Commerce Graduate or MBA (Finance and Banking) •    Good English language skills (verbal and written) •    Basic MS Office skills required •    Should have an eye for details •    Good thought process and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 24 certified candidates •    Industry experience •    Certificates in Indian Stock market courses.

Contract: COE based Service agreement for minimum Years & minimum months. Penalty clause in case someone wants to leave before the expiration date.
