Inviting applications for the role of Principal C onsultant Delphi Development

Responsibilities

• Proficient with Delphi 10.X development hands-on .

• Experience with migrating Delphi applications from earlier versions to the latest versions.

• Understanding of web APIs, web services, and DLLs.

• Knowledge of database handling and integration within Delphi applications.

• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

• Design, create, and implement Delphi VCL systems based on the end users requirements.

• Fix any issues related to Delphi VCL and provide corrective measures.

• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.

• Proven ability to work effectively in short sprint cycles, delivering high-quality results.

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including managing project builds and deployments.

• Capable of working independently on complex functionalities and providing technical support to the team.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required . Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, analytical thinking, presentation and communication skills essential

• Ability to work in a distributed team environment
